1. Introduction
These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the elce.ai website at elceai.com ("the Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website.
The Website is operated by elce.ai ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Use of the Website
The Website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate enquiries about elce.ai's services and the C-PAP platform. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Website by, any third party.
You must not use the Website to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, or that constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, and software — is the property of elce.ai or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws.
The C-PAP name, the Canonical Control Model (CCM), and all associated product names, methodologies, and documentation are proprietary to elce.ai. No licence or right is granted to use any intellectual property by virtue of accessing the Website, except as expressly set out in these Terms.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the content and that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.
4. Resource Portal
The C-PAP resource portal provides access to platform documentation, sector briefing materials, and the interactive product demonstration. The product demo is publicly accessible. Platform documentation and sector briefs are available on request and may be subject to additional terms agreed as part of a client engagement.
Where documents are provided under a specific engagement, access and use of those materials is governed by the terms of your service agreement with elce.ai and any applicable non-disclosure or confidentiality obligations.
5. Information Accuracy

The information provided is general in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances. You should seek appropriate professional advice before taking or refraining from taking any action based on information contained on the Website.
6. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not imply endorsement of, or responsibility for, the content of those websites. We have no control over the content or availability of third-party websites and accept no liability in respect of them.
7. Limitation of Liability
